What We Do
1. RNA Biology in Cardiovascular Disease
We study long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), circular RNAs (circRNAs), and RNA editing as regulators of cardiac and vascular function. Our goal is to understand RNA-mediated mechanisms in heart failure, vascular remodeling, and metabolic dysfunction.

2. Immune-Vascular Interactions & Metabolic Modulation
We investigate how immune cells and metabolic regulators affect vascular inflammation, tissue repair, and remodeling. Translational studies connect patient-derived data with experimental models.

3. Translational RNA Research in Cardiovascular Disease
By linking molecular insights to clinical relevance, we aim to identify RNA-based biomarkers and explore potential therapeutic strategies and interventions. Our research focuses on atherosclerosis, heart failure, and valve diseases.
